Worship Service Description
Our Sunday Morning Worship Service is traditional. Each Sunday the congregation shares in the singing of traditional hymns, the Apostles Creed, Prayers of the People and a Responsive Psalter Reading before we share the scripture reading and the sermon. On the first Sunday of the month we celebrate Holy Communion together. Alexander Chapel UMC is a multigenerational congregation that believes it is important for all ages to participate in worship together. Our laity is actively involved in in worship. When you attend, you will see children, youth and adults serving in worship. Sermon Series are biblically based and address how the scriptures apply to our life today.
