Worship Experience
- Our Worship Service starts a little after 11:00 am on Sunday mornings
- Gathering time begins around 10:45
- The worship service lasts about 1 hour
- Mingle time continues
- Our service is informal traditional
- Come as you are
- Please view one of the worship posts for the worship order and to view a service
- We sing 2 or 3 hymns to a piano
- We usually have a more contemporary song presented by a soloist
- We confess the Apostles’ Creed and sing the Gloria Patri
- We pray the Lord’s Prayer in unison
- We vary between a pastor prayer or a responsive prayers of the people
- The sermon is biblically based and is about 20 minutes long
- We involve people in leading the acts of worship
- We offer Holy Communion on the first Sunday of the month
- We have In Person, Livestream, and Recorded service options. Here are some characteristics for each option:

- Worship order available online
- Zoom based connection with other online participants and with the in person worshipers
- Offerings may be mailed to our treasurer or made through the online giving portal
- Can lead an act of worship
- Can participate in Holy Communion
- Recorded Service

- Worship order available online
- Access portal is through the website to the Alexander Chapel YouTube channel
